Compagnia degli Oliandoli and La Collina Blu are joining forces under a shared identity: SopraFirenze, a place where a passion for high-quality olive oil, hospitality, and human
connection converge under the Tuscan sun.
Located just a few kilometers from Florence, SopraFirenze is more than a brand — it's a destination. Beginning this season, guests will be welcomed for guided tours, tastings, cooking classes, and tailor-made experiences designed to celebrate not just olive oil, but the people and
stories behind it.
At the heart of this project lies collaboration and friendship.
Though both oils use the same traditional cultivars, the differences in microclimate and grove positioning across the two neighboring hills create distinct flavor profiles.
This contrast --- and the respect for it — is central to the SopraFirenze identity.
"Our strength is that we do everything, from field to bottle - and we have a super modern olive press inhouse that makes a huge difference", says Giacomo Biagiotti.
