Compagnia degli Oliandoli has been a leader in organic extra virgin olive oil production for over 30 years. Certified under the Tuscan PGI “Colline di Firenze”, their oil represents a harmony between tradition and creativity— carefully pressed to preserve the full expression of the Tuscan terroir. 

 

Produced in small batches, La Collina Blu’s oil is hand-harvested, hand-labeled, and cold-pressed within hours of picking. The result is an elegant oil that reflects its landscape: vibrant, balanced, and full of character.
