In order for a return to be accepted, products must be: intact and undamaged unused, except for testing consistent with their nature returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
customized or made-to-order items
sealed products that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Ship the product to the provided address
Once the product has been received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund or replacement
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
In the case of defective products or order errors, shipping costs will be covered by us

The refund will be issued within 14 days from the receipt of the returned product or from proof of shipment.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
